Last night I saw Kiosk, Teenager (Nick from Pnau’s new band) and Wolfmother at the Hopetoun before jogging down the road to catch Young Heart Attack at the Gaelic Club. Lots of great fist thumping, hair waving, balls out rock all round.
I won the Young Heart Attack ticket last Friday because i was busting some sick moves on the dance floor at Spectrum. Ok that’s not entirely true. I was on the dance floor, moving in a semi-retarded fashion when a young lady handed me an envelope with a notice saying i’d won a ticket. Perhaps she felt sorry for me. Or maybe she saw me chatting to the fella from Franz Ferdinand earlier and mistakenly presumed i was hip.
