Red Riders rock the shop. I saw them launch their EP at the Hopetoun last Saturday. It was the 3rd time i’d seen em, so i obviously like them and their super catchy pop/rock tunes. And so did all the punters at the Hopetoun, the place was packed to the rafters, mainly with young girls squealing and shouting like it was a Beatles concert. Ridermania.
They’re playing next Saturday night (4th September) @Newtown with that other noteworthy red Sydney band, theredsunband, they who do not like spaces (or capitals). I’ve not seen them before, but i’ve only heard good things. And with a lush female lead singer i’m bound to like em.
