Blah de blah

I feel like this blog's kinda boring lately. But anyway here's a few things on my mind.

  • Welcome to the Neocon World Order. Four more years of militaristic bullying. A global trend to conservative christian social values. It's just bloody depressing.
  • Seeing Carla Werner play at the Vanguard last night lifted my spirits somewhat. It's a nice venue, you can sit down and eat nice food and the sound is perfect. And it's always a pleasure watching Carla sing. Pity i was too chicken to chat to her after.
  • Tuesday nights at the Sandringham this month are where it's at. Not only can you watch The OC on a big screen telly with a bunch of other sad geeks, but you get entertained by Phil from Grinspoon's acousticy side project after the show. He plays romantic and often funny little ditties with a mate of his.

I'm sure it's bad blog ettiquette to just write random bulletpointed thoughts like this post and the previous one. But it's my blog and i'll bullet point if i want to.
