Hey, you wanna know what's hot? This month's issue of Lucky magazine is what. Not only does a photo taken by yours truly grace its lustrous cover but much of the content inside is written by bloggaz you (might/should) know and love. That would include AusCulture, The Krankmeister, Buck Fudd, Book Book and Clem Bastow (update: and Ms Fits!).
All this made possible by our fearless overlord Sherriff and his partner in crime Gbus. Praise be to thee.
I believe you can find the mag in cool record shops (and maybe other places too) across Australia.

Record shops? You mean, I'm able to get it in Sydney?!
WOOHOO!!!
Soooo heading to the nearest music store on the way home :)
And yay, Sherriff & Co!
PS: I love that AusCulture is now under Kranki's charge. The way it should be! I'm all for reporting to Korporal Kranki!

yeah, i picked it up a few times in Sydney. Try outside the Levi store on Pitt St Mall, there's a record shop on the corner of Crown and Campbell that may have them and there's one on Elizabeth St, towards Cleveland on the left if you're walking from Central. Oh - a couple of places on Oxford Street too. you people are cool. *rubs up and down to get coolness by proxy*

hey dan..hopefully you'll pardon the off-topic comment, but i can't seem to track down an email address for you, so i thought this might work. i'm wrapping up recruiting for an event at sxsw called 20x2, and i wanted to see if you might be interested in taking part. if it sounds interesting, drop me a note at info AT 20x2.org. safe travels and see ya soon here in austin!

And ahem - who wrote the fucking Town Bikes article? Chopped liver?

Ahem - if anyone *does* find a copy, can they bring a spare one for me to the Hopetoun on Friday night? I plan on enjoying the heavenly rockin' of The Lamento Suite while fanning myself with The Blogger Weekly.
Alas, Sherriff's care package of a magazine\mix cd\dirty underwear appears to have gotten lost. Filthy klepto Australia Post workers!

Hum on Oxford Street had a nice hefty pile of them on Saturday. Felt like I was picking up free porn but damn it's a nice photo.
The Lamento Suite's on Saturday, isn't it? Not Friday? I feel confused.

Erm, yes - apologies for my dipshitness, I don't know why I thought Friday. It could be the numerous blows to the head I received as a child.
