I thought The Vines were all washed up, but it appears not. I saw Craig Nicholls and bandmate Ryan Griffiths at The Annandale last night. Despite his previous bad behaviour with a photographer at The Annandale, Craig couldn’t have been sweeter when i asked for a photo.

Yeah, it was the Dandy’s gig. It was really good show – a bit long but a number highlights. I’ll post some shots of the actual show once i sort through them..
I was a big fan (and still am) of Highly Evolved and I reackon they’ll climb their way back into the scene with a kick-ass album (cause Winning Days lacked the intensity of the former.
Saw an intimate gig of the Dandy’s a couple of weeks back. Still good as ever.

Whaddya mean Winning Days lacked the intensity of the former……have you really listened to this album, i can’t stop playing it, this is really a killer album… cant wait for the next album which is gonna kick ass .. as for certain radio stations that vowed to ‘never ever play the vines again’ we’ll see how fast they eat their words when they hear the new stuff. keep up the good work craig, but geez, can u push those record company folk to get it out a bit faster???? ; )
You are the luckiest person ever! Craig Nicholls is God! If I ever met him, I don’t know what I would do. I am going to move to Sydney in hopes of meeting Mr. Nicholls and the crew. And you got to see the Dandy Warhols?! Lucky…
i agree u are the luckiest chik 2 walk the planet right now if you met Craig Nicholls!!!! i would LOVE 2 meet him so bad!! and the rest of the band 2 talk about the poetry of the songs…& discuss music with them! tell craig how much im obsessed about him and the music he makes i have both albums and play them all the time! CANT wait 4 number 3!!! but i still have 2 wait about 3 months for it
oh well… and i just found out that Patrick Mathews lead bass has left the vines to be bass for ‘Youth Group’!! maybe this is my calling i could be the next bassiest for the vines!! lol i wish. anyways luv craig n the gang xoxox Angelica
