Pack your long lens. The photo pit in Brisbane looked like it was a fair way from the main stage and to the right with only Bono coming close to the pit. Light looked awesome though…from the back with no camera. Boo!

I’m insanely jealous. I saw 7 shows last year during the tour and sadly it was before my concert photography gig days. I still took photos, but I wish I had my DSLR and a press pass. It’s funny, I find myself pretty desensitized to most big musicians these days, but seeing Bono and the others always turns me back into a giddy school girl.
Have fun! Can’t wait to see the photos.
