Lanfranchis was on level 2 of the warehouse. The warehouse itself was/is known as the Chocolate Factory.

A sad day indeed… with regards to Roger Rogerson, I had the misfortune of being dragged to a Mark Chopper Reed “show” that this scum bag was also talking at. A more boring, self righteous, disgusting man you will never encounter. I felt rather guilty for paying $20 to hear this bloke brag about killing people… Turned my stomach.
