Remember, not all long exposures will work well, lights must be speckles only, cos the blotchy lights ruin it.

		<description>That&#039;s the first time I&#039;ve seen it used for people shots, usually it&#039;s just cars and cities.  It looks very cool, I like the first photo.  It looks like she&#039;s in a spinning time warp.
